Artist Statement

Through my artistic practice, I aim to explore the relationship between body, psyche and the geographical and cultural context that these two live in, and to investigate the influence of native and adopted experiences on one's psyche and performance of self. I use my artistic process to visualise experiences like intimacy, memory, nostalgia and loss.
