Eveline Kotai Kotai

National
Exhibition
New Works
Depot Gallery
2 Danks St, Waterloo, NSW
August 24, 2010 - September 5, 2010
Kotai’s work continues to draw from the patterns and sequences of nature first observed during her 7 years in Margaret River. Using inventive techniques - including painted wood, stitched collages and pigment prints - these works reveaal an evolved use of colour and texture that still alludes to the landscape.
The influence of a recent residency in Budapest can be seen in the richly patterned textures of Kotai’s recent work.
