‘My work is stylised and bold, it's meant to brighten people’s outlook on life and the unique area in which we live. I believe in people finding their own 'style' and staying clear of more traditional ways unless they have 'permission'. I feel it is very important to respect our culture, not to exploit it. I create unique work, and I always try to produce works which don't offend my elders, and other language groups around the area. I am proud to do my part for Indigenous Arts and my community.’
