Studio Vacancies

Each year there are 3 or 4 studio vacancies at Old Customs House, Fremantle – turnover is from 1st May annually.

Vacancies are advertised in the West Australian, our regular e-zine and in the section below.

Calista Studio Residency

Rooms and studio/workshop for rent. Two rooms in a mostly empty and often vacant home to rent.

One room with the workshop/studio space is $150 per week.

The workshop is 6m x 6m concrete floor, power and lockable.

The other room is $70 per week.The house is in Calista, near to the Kwinana Golf Course and Nature Reserve, about 20 mins from Fremantle and 10 mins from Rockingham.
