Artsource is excited to launch its first Life Drawing Marathon for artists.

Drawing is the most direct route to the examination of our perceptions. In these workshops, familiar tools will be used in unconventional ways to broaden participants’ drawing vocabulary.

Every day between 10am and 5pm, artists will draw in Old Customs House’s majestic, light-filled Atrium Gallery. From 5pm to 7pm, facilitators will provide critique (wine included).

Two facilitators will be present at every session. All have attended the New York School Drawing Marathon, and have considerable skills and knowledge in (life) drawing. Stay tuned for when we announce them!

This is suitable for visual artists practicing at all levels. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided. Materials must be provided by participants – details about required materials will be sent to artists after booking.

Attendance to all three sessions is mandatory, as the program builds on previous work.
