Fremantle Open Studios: step into the artist's creative inner world.
Having offered five-year tenure to over 200 artists since 1986, our Fremantle Studios are the benchmark for artists’ studios in Western Australia. Today, our Fremantle studios remain filled with inspiring artists who, for one day, open their doors to welcome visitors to their normally private spaces.
This annual free event showcases artists in their private working spaces and gives the general public the chance to explore heritage-listed Old Customs House and artworks from 25 leading artists including painting, sculpture, illustration, photography, printmaking, ceramics and more.
While the Atrium of Old Customs House is being transformed, we are planning to showcase Artsource Fremantle Open Studios in 2018! Please check this page for updates, or follow us on Facebook for information about our latest events.
