ARTSOURCE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Artsource Board has called for all current members to join us on Thursday 12 December 2019 from 6.15pm for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Holmes a Court Gallery. Your attendance and vote at this meeting will be essential in helping to guide the future of Artsource.

As per the Artsource Constitution, the Board, or a minimum of 5% of Members, may call for special meetings of Members. At least twenty-eight (28) days’ notice of the special meeting to all members must be given. Every member is invited to participate in the special meeting and each member has the right to vote on any issues raised and voted upon at the special meeting.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you cannot attend the upcoming EGM, please ensure you have filled out a PROXY VOTING FORM to allow an attendee to vote on your behalf.
• Your membership must be current as of Thursday 12 December 2019 to attend and vote at the EGM.
