Fremantle Open Studios: step into the artist's creative inner world.
Having offered five-year tenure to over 200 artists since 1986, our Fremantle Studios are the benchmark for artists’ studios in Western Australia. Today, our Fremantle studios remain filled with inspiring artists who, for one day, open their doors to welcome visitors to their normally private spaces.
This annual free event showcases artists in their private working spaces and gives the general public the chance to explore heritage-listed Old Customs House and artworks from 25 leading artists including painting, sculpture, illustration, photography, printmaking, ceramics and more.

Artsource Fremantle Open Studios 2019
We invite you to enjoy a cultural walk in Fremantle's historic West End precinct as part of Art in the West End on Saturday 23 November from 3pm to 6pm. Engage with the artists, creatives and makers in the Open Studios hosted by Artsource and Level Up.
Whilst you're here don't miss the last weekend to catch works by Kayako Nakashima and Sam Bloor at Old Customs House for the Fremantle Biennale.
