Tiny Parades is the first art intervention in a curated series called perthFLUX, which is a prohgression of temporary public art projects within the Barrack Street Precinct to be commissioned over two years period. Tiny Parades is a public performance by Snapcat (artist team Anna Dunnill and Renae Coles) where to lone paraders take to the streets, passionately championing personals, small-scale causes.
