Artist Statement

Beverley’s interest in both science and the visual arts gives her work a focus on the biological. Whether exploring diagrammatic patterning used in illustration, using organic materials in her work or thinking about concepts such as flow and tension between opposing forces; Beverley is interested in how our biological lives intersect with our culture.
