Established in 1986, Artsource is one of the longest running art membership organisations in the state, and a mature and important asset to the cultural infrastructure in Western Australia.
Our accumulated resources - including networks partners and supporters, a wealth of collective knowledge, and the experience of our leadership and members - positions us uniquely to lead in supporting the visual arts sector, to survive, and to thrive into the future.
Our membership services provide visual artists with opportunities and practical support to help ensure a career in the visual arts is both rewarding and provides a sustainable income.
If you are actively involved in the visual arts as an artist, craft practitioner, student, arts officer, curator, or you are simply interested in WA’s thriving visual arts sector, Artsource has something for you.
Artsource:

We Offer Three Membership Categories:
ACCESS, or Art Student Concession
Our base membership provides essential services and support for emerging artists and organisations.
$110 per year.
PLUS
Gives professional artists all the essential support, plus links to income-generating opportunities.
$210 per year.
MAX
Provides phenomenal value for money, including a comprehensive public liability insurance package.
$340 per year.
MAX INSTALLER
MAX INSTALL membership provides all the benefits of Artsource MAX membership, but with an insurance package designed specifically for professional visual artists and installers who provide professional art placement and installation services in public, private collections, museums, galleries and festivals. It is also suitable for the following activity.
Jewellery/ Iron work/ Glass work including open flame.
Kilns-electric/with an open flame.
(Note that annual membership fees are tax deductible for practising professionals.)
