Biography

Practicing professional artist, based in Perth, Australia. Tracey is known for her vibrant paintings and as an artist with social conscience for raising funds and awareness for various medical conditions. Her paintings involve a complexity of built up layers, strong colour, and texture. She has exhibited internationally since 2008, is the recipient of several awards, and her paintings are held in numerous private collections in Australia, Singapore, Italy, France, UK and USA. As well as exhibiting in galleries, Tracey is frequently commissioned to create paintings for specific interior locations, both private and public, and is sought after by interior designers and stylists to add her paintings to their sets. Tracey grew up in Narrogin,WA and attained degrees in Science and Physiotherapy from UWA and Curtin University. She has been painting full time since 2011.

Artist Statement

My inspiration is often the wide and colourful Australian landscape, small details of texture, shape, colour that exist around us, but rarely noticed. My current paintings are abstract/semiabstract. Due to my interest in medical science as a physiotherapist, my exhibitions aim to also raise funds and awareness of various medical conditions eg O.I.
