Artist Statement

I find design inspiration in local native plants and succulents. Both are hardy, surviving and thriving on little water. I explore ideas about nature’s resilience; her ability to regenerate after critical ecological disasters. Recently, my work is in response to our devastating Australian bushfires during 2019-20.
