Artist Statement

This abstract body of work is concerned with the form/shape within a composition. The form is produced mainly by the flow of diluted paint onto the canvas. Layers of paint are added over many days. Often existing colours will be rubbed back to devise texture. These works are nonrepresentational and are titled by using one of the colours within the structure.
