The wild life returns. Plants, animals and their footprints inhabit this etheral space.

Species that were once extinct or vulnerable have become abundant. Then the buildings return and takeover the space. But they then too begin to disappear and the wildlife returns once again. A loop of growth and disappearance.

An indoor forest created of white material that comes alive with projections of layers of abundance, endangered and extinct animals and plants. The space is transformed as the projections fill the room with colour and fades back to white with each animated loop.

The installation explores appearance & disappearance, skeletons of the landscape - fully inhabited then slow loss. Audiences are invited to talk through the forest - at times projected on - part of the story - part of the comings and goings.

At one stage the dodo makes an appearance. The Dodo loss was the first time humanity realised their actions could lose an animal forever.
