As the peak body for visual Artists in Western Australia, Artsource focuses on issues of importance to all artists.  We work constructively and with purpose to influence and achieve positive change.

Everything we do could be considered advocacy. So, when we speak of advocacy in this context, it is specifically about Artsource speaking up, lobbying, or campaigning, for the benefit of artists collectively.

We believe we cannot always do this alone and so we are organisation members of important State and National organisations who share our vision.  These include:

Consulting is one of the core services for artists we offer to provide practical career-building support to PLUS and MAX members. Our Consulting work includes advocating for quality processes and practices that are fair to artists, contributing to an environment where artists can thrive.
