Biography
Sioux Tempestt is a Perth artist with a graphic design background who produces paintings, digital works, murals and public art. Tempestt has been involved in numerous group shows and held seven solo exhibitions. Among other achievements Tempestt was a Finalist, City of Busselton Art Award, 2018; Highly Commended, City of South Perth Emerging Artist Award 2018; Highly Commended, Town of Bassendean Visual Art Award 2018; Finalist, City of Joondalup 2018 Community Invitation Art Award.
Tempestt has produced many mural, community and ephemeral public artworks over the years, working with local governments and town teams. She enjoys the community engagement aspect of running creative workshops, particularly with youth.
