Artists are invited to join architect Eamon Broderick’s workshop on how public art commissions happen, and the processes involved.

Eamon will be focussing on who does what in the building industry; how to read building plans and specifications; and how to collaborate, so the building design and artwork are more than the sum of its parts.

This is an opportunity to develop your art practice relating to public art, with the guidance of a leading architect.

Eamon is an architect specialising in education buildings for schools and universities which often involve a Percent for Art component.

This workshop is funded by the Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) Fund, and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSCI) Culture and the Arts WA.
